| SHL Signs LOI to Increase Investment in Taiwan | ||||

October 7, 2008 [Taipei, Taiwan]: During today’s session of the 2008 Taiwan Business Alliance Conference, Scandinavian Health Ltd. (SHL) signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with the Ministry of Economic Affairs committing to in principal a further $USD 100 million of investment in Taiwan over the next 5 years.
Founder and President of SHL, Roger Samuelsson, signed the LOI during a special ceremony hosted by Dr. Ching-Ming Yiin, Minister of Economic Affairs.
