SHL has developed a comprehensive Intellectual Property (IP) strategy which focuses on strictly safeguarding the IP of our customers and the licensing of IP solutions to our customers.

With a significant portion of SHL’s revenue being continuously re-invested in R&D, we have steadily increased our own intellectual property and the number of registered patents. These IPs are used in our broad range of pipeline medical devices and healthcare equipment and in-turn can be licensed to customers through contractual agreements.

Our goal is to further enhance our strong IP protection mechanism throughout our organization and to actively maintain intellectual property rights. In addition, SHL respects all Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) received from any of our customers and the IPR of others.
