ELEKTA Selects SHL Group for Manufacture of High-Precision Brain Surgery Equipment

Taoyuan, Taiwan / Linköping, Sweden [December 6, 2006]: Today, the SHL Group has signed a multiple year contract with Elekta, the world leader in advanced radiation therapy and minimally- and non-invasive neurosurgery.

The contract covers manufacturing services of neurosurgical products and accessories utilizing one of SHL’s modern production facilities, “Taoyuan One”, in Taiwan. The order value is not disclosed.
